Fadeo is a iOS application designed to help users organize and manage menu bar items. By default, Fadeo does not collect, store, or transmit users’ personal information to any server.

1. Information We Collect

Fadeo does not collect personal information such as account information, contacts, location data, photos, messages, microphone or camera data, advertising identifiers, analytics, or usage history.

The app may access or store the following information only with the user’s permission and solely on the user’s iPhone:

• Accessibility Permission: Used to detect and interact with menu bar items.
• Login Items: Used only if the user enables “Open at Login.”
• App Preferences and Rules: Settings such as menu bar organization, presets, keyboard shortcuts, and automation rules are stored locally on the user’s iPhone.

2. Purpose of Information Use

Any information accessed by Fadeo is used solely for the following purposes:

• Detecting and organizing menu bar items.
• Applying user-defined grouping, hiding, and display rules.
• Launching the app automatically at login when enabled.
• Restoring user preferences and maintaining the app experience.

3. Data Storage

All settings and configuration data used by Fadeo are stored locally on the user’s iPhone. By default, no information is transmitted to external servers, and the app does not use cloud synchronization or remote account services.

4. Sharing of Information

Fadeo does not sell, share, or disclose users’ personal information to advertising networks, analytics providers, or any other third parties.
